Please read these Terms carefully before using WWNGO. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WWNGO.
To use WWNGO you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. WWNGO is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
WWNGO is a marketplace. We connect Senders and Travelers — we are not a courier, logistics provider, or party to any delivery agreement. The contract for each delivery is formed directly between the Sender and the Traveler.
As a Sender, you agree to:
⚠️ You are solely responsible for the legality of what you send. Sending prohibited or undeclared items may result in criminal liability. WWNGO accepts no responsibility for customs seizures, fines, or legal consequences arising from your parcel.
As a Traveler, you agree to:
⚠️ Carrying goods for others through customs carries legal risk. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of every country you transit through. WWNGO strongly advises you to inspect every parcel before accepting it.
The following items may never be sent or carried through WWNGO under any circumstances:
WWNGO charges a flat $1 platform fee per delivery, payable by the Sender at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable once a delivery has been confirmed.
Bids are binding offers. Once a Sender accepts a bid, both parties are committed to the delivery under these Terms. Travelers may not withdraw a bid after it has been accepted without forfeiting their right to payment.
The full bid amount is held in escrow by WWNGO from the moment a bid is accepted. Funds are released to the Traveler only when the recipient confirms delivery. If delivery is not confirmed within the agreed timeframe, WWNGO will investigate and may refund the Sender at its discretion.
All users must complete identity verification before participating in any delivery. This involves:
WWNGO uses a third-party identity verification provider. Your ID data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification is mandatory and cannot be waived.
Providing false or altered identity documents is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may result in referral to law enforcement.
⛔ WWNGO operates a strict zero-tolerance policy. A single confirmed instance of fraud, theft, carrying prohibited items, identity falsification, or serious abuse of another user will result in permanent, irrevocable account termination.
Upon permanent ban:
WWNGO may also issue temporary suspensions for less severe violations pending investigation. All ban decisions are made at WWNGO's sole discretion.
WWNGO is a marketplace platform, not a courier or logistics company. Accordingly:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WWNGO's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the platform fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under French law.
WWNGO provides a dispute resolution process for disagreements between Senders and Travelers. To raise a dispute:
WWNGO's decision on escrow release following a dispute is final. WWNGO acts as a neutral arbiter and its decisions do not constitute legal judgments.
All content on WWNGO — including the name, logo, design, software, and written content — is the property of WWNGO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any WWNGO content without our prior written consent.
By posting content on WWNGO (such as delivery descriptions or reviews), you grant WWNGO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for operating and improving the platform.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@wwngo.com. Any pending deliveries or escrow balances must be resolved before closure.
WWNGO may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or at our sole discretion. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
🇫🇷 As a French-based platform, WWNGO is also subject to the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation) and relevant EU consumer protection regulations.
WWNGO may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of WWNGO after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
